Ron Holland racing his 11 Metre One Design in Cowes before shipping it to Kinsale Ireland in 2000.

Australia won the 11 Metre One Design Championship 2004 in Arendal, Sweden. (Steve McComaghy and Matt Allen).

Ron Holland will be speaking at Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club, Newport, Pittwater, Australia. The event will take place Friday February 14th, lunch will be followed by the presentation and Q&A.

He led his industry in the marketplace while making a significant and lasting impact on the people in the sailing and boating community. Ron stayed up much of the day and night speaking with young cadet trainees and imparting knowledge of the sea and its lore.
