Ron's memoir is a combination of gripping adventure and awesome accomplishments.
He led his industry in the marketplace while making a significant and lasting impact on the people in the sailing and boating community. I am honored to know Ron and to have sailed with him in America's Tall Ship, the 300-foot sailing barque EAGLE. Ron stayed up much of the day and night speaking with young cadet trainees and imparting knowledge of the sea and its lore. He is a superb trainer, who has a passion for discovering talent and helping people achieve their full potential. I trust this book will inspire you as much as it did me.
